ALL SOFTWARE, TOOLS, USERBOTS, SCRIPTS, UTILITIES, AND COMPILED BINARIES SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED ON VORTEX STORE ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS-IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, OR ACTIVATING ANY APPLICATION, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE DOING SO ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. VORTEX STORE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

1. License Grant & Cryptographic Hardware Lock (HWID)

Upon purchasing a valid license, Vortex Store grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to install and execute the software solely for personal or authorized business use.

Each license key is cryptographically bound to the first personal computer on which it is activated via a Hardware Identifier (HWID) algorithm (combining motherboard GUID, processor ID, and secure TPM attributes). You may not share, lease, resell, or distribute your license key to third parties.

HWID resets are granted solely at the discretion of the Vortex administration upon verification of genuine hardware upgrade requests through the official Support ticketing system.

2. Limitation of Liability & Zero Financial/Trading Guarantee

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VORTEX STORE, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SOFTWARE.

This includes, without limitation:

Third-party platform account restrictions, bans, or rate limits (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, game anti-cheats).
Financial losses, failed automated trades, bot execution delays, or cryptocurrency market volatility.
Operating system instability, software conflicts, corrupted data, or system crashes.
Network latency, connection outages, or downtime of external APIs and mirror servers.

3. Anti-Piracy, Reverse Engineering & Immediate Revocation

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, unpack, debug, dump memory, or attempt to derive the source code of any Vortex application or client loader.

Any attempt to bypass our license heartbeat server, spoof HWID parameters, distribute cracked binaries, or inject unauthorized DLLs will result in immediate permanent revocation of all active licenses, termination of your customer account with zero refund, and permanent blacklisting across the global Vortex network.

4. Modifications to Terms

Vortex Store reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our applications or website constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
