STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY FOR INTANGIBLE DIGITAL GOODS

DUE TO THE INSTANTANEOUS, IRREVOCABLE NATURE OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC SOFTWARE KEYS AND DIGITAL BINARY MIRRORS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE A LICENSE KEY HAS BEEN GENERATED OR SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ACCESSED, NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

1. Irrevocable Digital Nature

Unlike physical merchandise, a digital license key and software download cannot be returned or physically retrieved once disclosed. Once delivered to your screen, email, or Customer Dashboard, the digital asset is permanently accessible to you.

By proceeding through checkout or submitting a payment verification slip, you expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Anti-Fraud Penalties

Initiating an unwarranted payment dispute, bank chargeback, or PayPal reversal after receiving your software key constitutes a direct violation of our Terms of Service.

In the event of a fraudulent chargeback:

All license keys linked to your account and IP address will be instantly invalidated and blacklisted.
Your customer account, associated email, and payment identifiers will be permanently banned.
Detailed telemetry logs (including timestamps, download records, and IP activity) will be provided to payment processors and fraud mitigation registries.
